This ongoing study group is conducted twice each month covering in depth the teachings of Svatmarama's Hathayogapradipika, one of most important classical texts on Hathayoga. Each month contains two sessions of approximately 2-2.5 hours. Total number of sessions is 23.

10. The 7 Cakras | Exploring the Energy Centres.
This ongoing study group is conducted once each month exploring the topic of The Seven Cakras in depth. Teachings include the detailed functions of the Cakras, Illness & Trauma that they are associated with, signs of balanced and imbalanced energy in the Cakras as well as the appropriate Yogic tools to work with them to bring them to harmony.
Each module also includes a practice of focusing on a particular Cakra to be done by practitioner. Each month contains two sessions of approximately 2 hours each.

11. Paritapa | Yoga Therapy for Trauma Care
This online intensive training will explore in detail the mind-body approach of Yoga Therapy in understanding and dealing with trauma. Participating trainees will learn many topics related to this theme including - how to understand trauma, what are the kinds of trauma, how does Yoga Therapy understand it, the challenges in trauma care, the tools of Yoga that can be useful, the application of these tools in a respectful and individual manner etc.
